Bounce ideas off a friend or mentor- Whether it is a friend, co-worker, spouse or a hired coach, it always helps to bounce ideas off someone else. You need to if your unique, extraordinary, amazing idea is really as great as you think it is. You need a sounding board to help prevent creative blocks and it just helps greatly to have someone else to talk about things with when you don’t want it all public yet.
